Can I return my order, and how long do I have?

Quick answer

You have 14 days from delivery to return most in-stock pieces from bjamil.com. The item must be unworn, in original condition, with the box, pouch, certificates and any tags still attached. Custom, engraved and final-sale items can't be returned.

What qualifies

  • In-stock jewellery in unworn condition
  • Original packaging, certificates (GIA, IGI, appraisal) and accessories included
  • Within 14 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier
  • Proof of purchase from Bijouterie Jamil

What doesn't qualify

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Engraved items
  • Worn, altered, sized or polished jewellery
  • Final-sale and clearance items
  • Earrings for pierced ears (hygiene)

How to start

  1. Email support@bjamil.com with your order number and a photo of the piece
  2. We'll confirm eligibility within 1 business day and send return instructions
  3. Ship the item back insured to our Montréal store
  4. Refund issues 5–10 business days after we inspect the piece

What to have ready

  • Order number (starts with BJ-)
  • Email used at checkout
  • Reason for the return
  • A clear photo of the item in its box
