Quick answer
For damaged, defective or incorrect items, yes — we'll email you a prepaid, fully insured return label. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping (jewellery must be sent insured to its full value).
When we cover the label

- We shipped the wrong piece, size or finish
- The order doesn't match what you bought

- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered (we'll cover for size exchange under 30 days, see size exchange)
- Gift you don't want
How to request a label
- Email support@bjamil.com with your order number and reason
- If covered, we'll send a Purolator or Canada Post Xpresspost label within 1 business day with a $5,000+ insurance declaration
- Print, attach to your packed box, and drop off at any Purolator or Canada Post counter
- Keep the receipt until we confirm we've received the piece
