Yes — you can ask for store credit instead of a refund on any eligible return. Store credit is valid 24 months, applies to anything we sell (in stock or custom), and never expires unused if you have an active engagement-ring deposit with us.

How to request it
- When you start your return, email support@bjamil.com and write "Store credit instead of refund"
- We confirm the credit amount in your return acknowledgement
- After we inspect the piece, the credit is loaded to your customer account immediately
- You'll receive a unique credit code by email — use it online at checkout or in store

Important
Store credit is non-transferable and tied to your account email. It can be combined with other promotions but not with another store credit code on the same order.
